Putting 'drug' money to 'good' use :-D

Post by A1ex » Sat Jan 25, 2014 6:36 pm

I'm doing another medical trial, nice easy £1500 for taking a drug that's already on the market, which finally gets paid out next month.

I've been deciding what to do with the s2k as I sort of knew it wouldn't end up staying standard for long but tuning options are limited on the s2k short of blowing a bum droppings load of money to make 30-40bhp unless you go boost.

Anyway, I've just put a deposit down on this pile of kit;

Absolute steal considering some people are asking £600 just for a down pipe or £900 for a manifold :shock:

@Ted I'll be coming to see you with this lot in a couple of months :D

It was a drug for people who've had organ transplants so their immune system doesn't reject the organ, it's a daily drug and I had to take a dose 100th the size of the daily dose once on each visit. They're just changing it from a tablet ypu swallow to a tablet that dissolves under your tougne. Was only 4 1/2 days off work in total but there are long gaps between the visits
