The bible says 2.4l for a fluid change.

The box hold 6 in total, but obviously won't all drain out at once.

And Honda recommends dropping and filling the fluid 4 times in total, so 9.6 in total.

This is for the F20A and F22A box, don't know if the H22 auto box holds more?

The sump part holds around 2.5ltr. the rest is in the torque converter. I wouldn't recommend donig a full flush on an old box as the new fluid can stress the old seals.
Do a drain and refill, do around 400miles then do another drain and re-fill and slowly dilute the old fluid with new. Don't forget to reset the ecu after either.

I might be way off but I remember a mate getting it from Land Rover as they used the same stuff in one of the models, but it was a lot cheaper?

I did my mk4 autobox late last year over a 3 week period with genuine Honda ATF fluid from ebay (cheapest I could find). I just drained the sump and refilled once a week three times. This got ride of.the nasty, brown smelly fluid and even 6500miles later it's a lovely.clear cherry red.

Top top - use a 3/8th's extension bar from a socket set to remove the sump plug.
