Good work Lewis. That turned out to be good value then!

I just can't believe how badly Tein dampers corrode, I really can't. Everytime I see pics of them after they've been on cars for a couple of years, they look like they've been on for a hundred years or so!

You'd have thought they'd have realised that by now and made current products better quality (from that perspective).

Yeah, that's what I mean - the original coating material and anti-corrosion treatment to the parts seems to be crap.

Wasn't there another post on here recently where someone said they were gonna re-paint theirs but checked with Tein and were told it would invalidate the warranty so to keep that, they'd have to send them back to Tein to re-paint at some enourmous price???

There's no point worrying about warranty etc.. i'm sure that only works from the first time buyer.. if you've sold them on to two other people.. then there's no warranty! mine still look pretty good tbh.. only the bottom parts of the shocks are peeling/rusting, Springs are still good. They've been on the car for like 4/5 years and Dino had them before that. 8-)
