Lacquer simply wont adhere to polished aluminium very well. One tiny chip will cause water to get inbetween and cause it to go a milky turd colour and this cause 4th Gen Prelude syndrome.
90% of alloy wheel refurb enquires i get now through chipsaway are all diamond cut wheels. I bloody hate them.

If anyone wanted help with collection of the Enkei's (and delivery to South Mimms meet for example), they're pretty close to me.
