I'm assuming they go all out to give it decent bhp to make it appeal to the maccy D lads, but don't bother giving it a LSD?

Tbf though, they aren't anywhere near as bad as top gear made out with that Video. They are anti Vauxhall, every1 knows this. Look what they done with the Vectra VXR. Pulled the traction control fuse which in turn disabled the IDS suspension, then went out and hit the corners at full pelt. What were they expecting to happen?? What they done in the Vectra VXR could be done in any fast FWD car.

If the Astra VXR was as bad as the people that know fook all make out, it wouldn't have done a ring time of 8.35 surely. EVO magazine gave it 4 out of 5, but aye, they are pish cars.

Driven tons of Astra/ Vectra/ Zafira VXR's in my years in the motor trade, they really are that bad.

Lol, I really hope my mate doesn't read this thread or he won't be best pleased! Since he's got the VXR I've really grown to like them, despite all the handling issues people comment on it is a really nice car to drive and be in!
