Well this is my thinking, and im going to change the gasket when i take it off, and im not 100% sure about putting it on, might just sell it on

Before you go and try swapping IM's, have you investigated your hunting idle? IACV, hoses etc... Like Nafeman says, swapping intake manifolds with the engine in place is a huge ball ache!
