Gym Weights wanted!

Hi guys


is there anyone who wants to sell their weights? i'm looking for a barbell, ez barbell with weights (metal weights) the heavier the better needs to be cheap tho... Anyone moving house and want to make space? ;)

Not really anything to offer, but I got rid of a load of plastic crap York stuff a few years back and bought some cast metal with spin locks in...wait for it...Tesco! It was all half price at the time, but is pretty reasonably priced stuff if you don't get any offers. :wink:

mate, get yourself a few chunks of railwaysleeper and get busy with a router. its a much better 'between gym' work out as you use a lot more stabalising muscles balancing the slightly odd weights and you can then stack them neat in the garden or wherever. So much less impact on your storage space. Railway sleepers for the win imho.

+1 for manual labour. Using relevant muscle groups and muscles simultaneously > targeting specific areas with boring repetitive movements.
