2) Maybe the cold start is just super rich?
3) Maybe you've got a leak near your o2 sensors: shows lean adds fuel fouls plugs?
4) Maybe it ain't as bad as you are thinking i.e engine isn't going to blow up? :)
1 - Yes i must have cranked the enigne for a good 15secs and previously too that i have cranked the enigne alot to kick start the car due to oil pressure, fuel pressure etc from it all being taken apart.
2 - Cold start could be super rich but again why does the A/F state otherwise
3 - I could have a leaky O2 but the whole exhaust was fine before and fine when the MTX o2 sensor was installed. I drove it NA fine but the sensor was not hooked up.
4 - Its got to be something simple.

I really do think the vacuum leaks are causing slightly low compression also not helping the spark plugs.
Its got to be a vacuum leak since the engine did react to carb cleaner.
Ill strip it this weekend and tray again. 8-)

The sensor was not hooked up n/a so you cant be sure that there is not a leak, which might seal when up to temp? Not saying it is but something to keep in mind particularly if using a/f ratios with your VAC lac.

I see. I dont think any PTFE tape was used on the sensor actually. I will take it out, recalibrate it free air and and pop it back in with PTFE.

The air fuel MUST be fine since the car idles absolutely fine. A tad high but nothing out of the ordinary. I only let it idle for 30secs or so and it was smooth.
No smoke out of the exhaust apart from condensation from being sat too long.

Ill concentrate on getting the vacuum leaks sorted 1st.
