Laugh if you must but what is the difference between ordinary suspension and coilovers? My Lude does not have them but the Soarer's are factory fitted. I am not trying to wind anyone up but what is the advantage of these things. Bare in mind when I started driving independent front suspension was a selling point.

Keep it simple please

Lower centre of gravity.

Less roll so more grip.

Less 'bound' & 'rebound' so
more body control.

Looks better than oem

- Adjustable ride height/spring rate
- Adjustable damper force (stiffness)
- Sturdier construction

In a nutshell, they give you the ability to alter the vehicle's geometry to best suit it's characteristics, or your individual driving style.

Front to rear spring and damper
rates should be more balanced.

Oem settings have a built in
understeer safety factor
