Good ones to get are from euro car parts. They are very cheap with loads of discount codes and you get warranty

Just get NGK coppers, they're £3 each on ebay and will definitely work fine.

As said above, just the NGK coppers is all you need. Why not the one step colder in preparation for the tune? Shouldn't really make much difference?

I have these for my tuning:

ZFR7F-11 (obviously a step colder than you supposedly want)

If you want to stick with the same heat range for now, then:

Once she's tuned on the copper 7 heat range I then have the same heat range Denso Iridiums to put in:

IK22
Which sounds like the £40 ones you have ready and waiting.

Way ahead of you. Got those Coppers already and the iridiums to replace once tunned.
I just didnt want to use the one step colder plugs right now since some of the yanks had fouling issues on 6psi with these and the normal ones were fine.

Just cant find the time. So busy with work and im shattered by the weekend. Plus my missus works in a night club so i usually pick her up at 4-6am and i go back to sleep, loose daylight.
Just so tedious now.

Just debating weather to use the green gaskets & instant gasket or just the instant gasket on its own.

Honestly though im not it any rush to sort it. Id rather have it running so i can drive it to free up the brakes but winter is comming and im leaving it off road i think. Plus i could drive it to coventry to get it tunned by by that time salt will do its job on my car. I may wait for tunning until march next year.

We will see.....

Personally I'd go with gasket paper and liquid gasket combined.
