The auto box was offered in the S-Spec from the factory so you know it can take 220bhp.

I used to have an SiR auto and i loved it :D

I am not mechanically minded and i removed the resonator myself. Fitted an induction kit and a decent exhaust and it sounded fantastic! Maybe go the de-cat route + full system, some decent oil and Shell V-power, lightening mods and you will be well on your way

No it wasn't. Only LSD manual on the S-Spec.

Put a manual box on it and then come back and ask about extra power imho.

that massive mill stone around the engines neck will never be overcome. Kick it out.

that depends on who is doing it buddy and whether your buying new bits or upgraded bits if your doing it yourself then probably you can get away with £300 -£400
while your ripping it out you could fit a lightened flywheel and uprated clutch it would be rude not too
