Donate is broken?

After putting in donation amount and hitting submit I'm met with this error:

I know the error is appearing on the PayPal end but thought it was worth mentioning in case it's something this end causing it.

Should I even ask what 2 guys 1 stump is??

I'm afraid to Google it at work incase the NHS IT Police come and take me away..

It's just research for a rehab treatment for recent amputees. Find a friend etc.

Sounds like a paypal issue, I don't think we have changed anything this end.
