From what I've read the Mfactory diff is pretty good, and I already have a Mfactory 4.64 final drive with atr diff, it really is a beast, unless you like doin top speeds or motorway cruising over 85 then its maybe a touch to much. Like you say it's expensive parts but it's soo different from a m2a4 to the 4.64 and lsd.

There should be a track day video in my lude profile, maybe worth a watch seeing how quick it gets through gears.

Yeah that will be a bit on the mental side, especially for the M2P4 (which has shorter 2nd & 3rd gears). I have the 4.64 in my M2F5 and there is quite a difference over the stock final drive for that gear box.
