honda accord engine light on.

hi all, bit of a random one but...

my landlords engine light has just come on. it is a 2001 accord 2.0i sohc vtec. cf2 i think.

is there a diagnosis plug paperclip test like on the ludes or is it obd1/2 plug computer diagnosis.

think its obd on them , if not centre console like lude

It's along a loom under the glove box, have same car and had to pin it myself for O2 sensor

Obd2 port and blue 2 pin (paper clip) port in passenger footwell two thirds of the way up the centre console, under a little flap in the carpet.

I'd put money on the O2 sensor, common 6th gen fault which I've experienced myself. But yeah there's an OBD-II diagnostic plug down in the footwell.

cheers for that lloyd. the only problem is the images on where to bridge the connector are broken. so unfortunately im non the wiser.
