Hi
My power steering pump on my 99' BB8 was making a very uncomforting noise so i have taken the belt off, leaving the car almost undrivable due to the 4 wheel steering making the wheel extremely heavy.

Does anyone have a PAS pump from a H22a8 to sell, or information about a dealer that may stock one?

Thanks

EDIT: Part has been found from @cebul
Hopefully all is well from now on.

I don't think there is one specifically for the H22A8 ;) so you have a few more options.

Ive seen a few sources that say its a unique fitment but if its not then that will be a bit easier to source

Yep the h22a8 was fitted with a different pump to the h22a5, think the h22a5 is slightly lighter feeling. But they are interchangeable. Have you tried stripping the pump down to find the offending bearings and replace them?

Apologies  it makes sense though that it would be interchangeable as opposed to a completely different fitment, regardless of the actual pump being different ^

Ive not managed to get time to take the pump off yet stevelar, is it easy enough to strip them down or am i looking at a "
"bearings all over my shed floor" kinda thing?

Probs easier just to replace the pump to be honest, and more cost effective to buy a used one. http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/member/cebul/ has one..
