Breakdown cover

Post by Drax » Wed Jan 07, 2015 11:56 am

anyone used or experienced Autonational Rescue?

my RAC is up soon and I always shop around to get the ridiculous renewal price down to £70-85, and compare the market shows Autonational Rescue at £52 for a lot of cover. Quick google shows their generally not as good as the top brands obviously, but that's not always a bad thing when all you want is your car towed home.

I'm gonna switch to these guys next year: http://www.autoaidbreakdown.co.uk/

They do things differently - you pay for recovery and repairs, then they send you the money when you give them the receipts. Seem really well regarded from the reviews I've read.

Is there a cap on costs? If not I might get myself a recovery pole and an accomplice with a very unreliable car
