Long time no see!! Some of you may remember me, some may not. Those that know me are currently facepalming thinking "oh god, what's he planning now!" lol
I might be doing a 4th gen JDM H22A conversion in my Skoda truck and there's some advice I thought I might be able to find on here.
Basically, I just want to set the engine and ECU up so that it is effectively an independent unit in the truck, so that I can make the conversion as easy as possible. Effectively have it set up so that I only have to put a live feed to the Prelude ECU and it'll run once the starter motor has turned it over.
Any advice on the wiring I'd need to do between ECU and engine to accomplish this? And yes, I already have the pinout diagrams for the ECU but that doesn't tell me what I don't need, it just tells me what is connected as stock.
Cheers guys!
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Thats how i wired beams motor into my mates ae86?
I havent worked out how to get the various warning lights to work on the 86 dash yet nor temp gauges due to timebrather than complexity. It was fairly straight forward though even on that massively complex engine. I imagine a prelude one would be so much easier. I think all i really did was provide a feed to the engine loom and then connected the fuel pump signal to the car.
