2.2 si vtec BB4 Spares or repair

Hi Guys.
As i will be moving to Thailand at the end of the year, regrettably up for sale is my BB4 prelude. I just don't have the time or facility to work on her now, and she needs some love.

Mot'd until September 7th 2018
Runs and drives great.
Mileage is approx 315,000 kms. Not sure what miles, but over 200,000
Lowered approx 30mm.
Chipped ECU. (nucleustylzlude, Rob on here)
Japspeed manifold and downpipe, fitted more as a cheap option than an upgrade, but has lasted very well.
Full catback exhaust system and decatted.
Type S intake, with pipercross filter
Cambelt and balance belt changed about 30,000 miles ago
Magnecor ignition leads (blue)
Brembo front discs with predator pads.
Air con removed.
Rear wiper removed.

Unfortunately, she was vandalized about 4 times a couple of years ago, and i lost the will to be honest. She had white gloss paint chucked over her twice, the removing of which has taken it's toll on the paintwork. She was also scratched on the drivers door, and bonnet. I have tried to show the bad points in the photo's.
She runs great, vtec comes in smoothly, and pulls well. The car over cools, i believe due to thermostat being stuck partly open. I have a new thermostat ready to go in, which i will supply with the car.
She suffers with some steering shake, which comes and goes at various speeds .
The power steering pump bearings are slightly noisey, but i have a second hand pump, which i will supply with the car.
Passenger side mirror sticks, but i think an easy fix.
I replaced the speedo, and rev counter lights with blue LED's, but the bulb holders are not so good, as a result the speedo only partially lights up. It just needs the bulb holder bits replacing. Also the speedo sometimes sticks when you first drive off, but a gentle tap on the dash sorts it out. Faulty connection maybe. Both rear arches were repaired about 7 years ago. The passenger side was fully replaced, and is still good. The driver side had only the rot cut out, and has consequently now rusted again.

Advisories at last mot.
Number plate lights blue in colour.
Nearside and offside front brake pipe slightly corroded.
Front cv joint gaitor deteriorated.
Both rear tyres worn on inside edge( used to be on front)
Metal fuel filler pipe corroded.
I had to have some of the metal power steering pipes replaced for the last mot, these were replaced with rubber hydraulic hose.
The car has a Toad alarm fitted, but the siren has recently stopped working. I am pretty sure this was ok when it went in for mot, so maybe the garage disturbed something?

As i said, the car runs and drives fine, but i hardly use it these days, hence selling as spares or repair.
Looking for around £350 ovno. Car is located in Callington, Cornwall.

what a bargain

if it was closer i'd snap this up. just needs a wrap to sort the bodywork on a budget, some tlc on the arches, clean her up and your laughing!

njord get the lolvo and a trailer down there

The badges are pretty faded now mate

Don't need a trailer, she can be driven, no problem.
