5th Gen Manual Gear Selector & linkages

Hello all,

I was driving home last night, changed down to second then back up to 3rd, tried to come back down to 2nd and I found 1st and 2nd gear had disappeared!

Taken the centre console off today to find that on the left side of the gear selector there is a forward and back arm with sides on a pin and like rubber seal/washer... It looks as if when I try to select 1st and 2nd it can reach as this seal/rubber washer has blown... Anyone ever had this?

Anyways has anyone got a manual gear selector without the cables going spare at all?

Damon Heya buddy, I've been told your breaking a manual lude?. Do you still have the gear selector and cables running to the gearbox by any chance?
