Just read through your build, it looks amazing after the paint job. I love the wheels and ride height, they really suit it. Great job

Cheers chap's! Positive feedback definitely keeps me motivated on the project. So another year another MOT, that came round fast! I've taken the Borbets off and put the original wheels back on for now as I'm currently sourcing some other wheels. What with you may be wondering... Well I can't really divulge such details can I? but all will be revealed in good time. I'm still building up the courage to get the exhaust done but I can't decide what style to go for!

So, the Momo Arrows came fitted with 215.45.17 tyres which although gave a nice ride they were always going to be too big no matter how tempting it was to run them. So after a little deliberating I decided to fit 205.40.17 having used them in the past I knew they would be better suited to the style and fitment of the car... If not less refined!

Afterwards I took it to the local exhaust specialist to size up the new system I told them I wanted the longest quietest middle silencer available... Not even joking! I said it needs to be as quiet as possible as that boat had sailed many years ago. The only car allowed to be loud is my V8 Land Rover... That's it. So it's booked in on the 30th June and I'll leave the style I went for as a surprise until then. ;) So progress is being made! the list is getting smaller and smaller just leather interior and a couple of minor little jobs left now.

Yes - my 5th gen is ruined on this tyre size (teins/yellow bushes), but it pains me to buy new tyres when the olds are not even worn :(

Love the MOMO arrows, were a favorite of mine back in the day along with the MOMO Ferrari engineering wheels.
