First quote is in £1248, insurance company say at the moment the car is a write off!!!!!!
I'm getting more quotes and have asked about a cash in lieu settlement.

I'm not an insurance expert but can't you fix the car your self and send the bill to the insurance? :oops:

that seems a loy of money when it doesnt look too bad in the pics but I guess insurance companies dont shop around for the best value bodyshops.
Still seems dear though.

Alot of Bodyshops give quotes based on replacement bumpers and wings etc and when i comes to the work they will repair the wings and bumper instead of replacing it. :lol: Cheeky beggers
