Honda Access Shocks

Post by mills » Mon Aug 06, 2012 4:19 pm

I know the Honda Access suspension setup is 25mm lower than original, but was it down to the springs being lower, or did the shocks have something to do with it :?:

Mugen Showa, honda Access and the Blue/yellow motegi suspension are all the same.
Better dampened shocks and 25mm lower.

so its the actual shocks that give you the 25mm drop, not the springs :?:

I think springs seats on the shocks in the same place, springs are shorter
ludes are ment to be driven, not wanking around on a stand like a Civic.

springs are shorter had them side by side

cant remember about the shocks, ideally you want them both together

Surely without the schematics or at least a compression test without the springs it'll be difficult to tell what's happening internally without already knowing?

I did have the springs rates actually somewhere compared to stock. The springs are shoter and stiffer and the shocks are better dampened all round.
