I think a lot of people believe this, but imagine if the justice system was actually like that. I'm all for an eye for an eye, but I think ultimately if people knew that they could get their own back it wouldn't be long before the law was forgotten and people skipped over the court/sentencing process and just started dealing out their own punishments. Imagine what could follow on from that.

This wouldn't big the biggest problem, that would be the 'human rights' hippie sheep shaggers. Someone kills another person (or people) and the human rights folks think this person should be treated the same as anyone else?
