Looks like i'm looking for a JDM/SiR front lip ( which i may have found

) then Motegi side and rear as i want a lower back end ( ooh er missis )

The the lip you call the SIR rear is the stock rear lip on every 5th Gen ever SIR or UK. Its standard.
The optional Honda access JDM rear lip IS what we call the Motegi lip kit. Same with the side skirts. They are the same part numbers.
You got the Motegi front correct at the front and the optional access upgrade JDM lip in the middle. Stock Preludes never had a front lip.
