I presume you paid your deposit with PayPal? Just go on eBay and open a case against the seller and get your money back.

you can take them to court an get your money an compo no a few people who done that with people on ebay , but as your going past drop in , an name them , an it never take over a week to send any letter in the post so think they having you on

It was a bank transfer, what made me believe them as they sent me pictures of their driving licence and bank card and were really helpful up until last thursday when i paid £100, now they are impossible to contact....its just what if she is ill. The last thing on my mind would be the car if my mrs was in hospital.

Hopefully it's his real driving license and you have an address to go to and fist him if he is a scammer.
