Thank you all for yours replies, really helpful.

So, summarizing:

RCD, like below:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/JCB-Safety-RC ... 4393&rt=nc

SWA Wire - 3 core 1.5mm, like one below:

http://www.screwfix.com/p/prysmian-lv-a ... lack/53747

Wall control unit:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-Way-garage- ... 3a81ac2b6d

It has 4 ways so I understand that like - o way for light and 3 ways for for 3 double sockets in 3 corners of the garage.

Is it right??

Looks good to me, you may need to clarify with someone 'in the know' regards SWA cable size just to be sure.

Just looked for my post again, and realized, I've double RCD's, I assuming no need to use both of them - at home and in garage's fuse box, so which one would need to stay and which one I can get rid of ??

1.5mm is too small you'll want 2.5mm min

If it was me I'd use 6mm SWA straight from a new 32A mcb in consumer unit if using a main relay if not you could add it in before the splits within the unit to the house, and run it off a 32A RCBO.
Then bury the SWA in some ducting, lay cable tape over the top.
Once in the garage run another split load consumer unit for your lighting and power. It's the safest way and future proof.
It will be expensive though compared to an extention lead method.
