Is all of your marketing done via forums?

You could picket events where not every attendee might be on a forum, for example. So you go along to, I don't know, a car show, hand out flyers with a code valid for 3 months or something that would identify the potential customer as a enthusiastic owner when they call for a quote. That way you can get those who aren't forum members.

Hi, yes we do most of it via forums as that's where the majority of enthusiasts hang out - we work with about 200 and we attend some of the larger clubs' annual gatherings. The key identifier for underwriters is the club membership though so we have to satisfy that requirement or we jeopardise the scheme.
