Ethylene glycol, it doesn't smell of anything bad and tastes sugary. In simplest terms it's an alcohol and causes dehydration, blocks the kidneys and makes your blood/body tissue acidy. Then you die.

I got antifreeze/coolant in my eyes and mouth (don't ask

) whilst working on the golf, knowing even small amounts can cause brain damage and death I shat myself. Never washed out my mouth and rinsed my eyes so many times before

Btw being a cat owner, I can't stress how important it is you always catch as much coolant as possible in a safe container (not in your mouth like I did) and thoroughly wash any spillage up. Got to keep them safe, even if you have caught them pissing on your alloys like I did with mine
