You can buy a wiring kit off eBay, has all you need and some simple instructions. I was able to wire mine up without much hassle.
I took a positive feed from the fusebox by the top left on the inner wing, screw terminal for the main feed, just slipped my eyelet in there. My kit had an inline fuse.
Mounted the relay somewhere near the strut on the drivers side. there was already something mounted there but just slipped the relay mount bit behind it.
Earthed the fog lights to the central support in front of the rad. Already a bolt there to earth power steering pipes.
