Sounding more and more like an earthing problem man, check the connections at the physical horns themselves.

Will roof light come on with passengers door open?
No = multiplex problem or bulb or dome light switch.
yes = follow following.

with light switch turned on, earth the black and white wire at light.
Did the light come on?
yes = fault between light and door switch (usually poor earth on door switch screw)
no = fault on light bulb or dome light switch.

diagram page 1208 http://prelude.openbarr.com/manuals/5th_gen/

Red door lights are wired direct to door switches.
if its multiplex, there is a free work around. connect with new wire from door switch (green) to roof light (black and white)

The horn isn't multiplexed - either coincidence or you've got a bad earth somewhere under the dash.

On my old Cassis Red BB4 the horn used to sound when you turned on the headlights!! Was quite amusing come MOT day...

Weird!

Mind you, when the MOT tester discovered I'd put Fiamm air horns on the S2000...
