LLL that was the garages mate(who painted the Lude). The door regulator was a different job in a garage who buggered the paint and seems unable to get the window to work. I have paid a different invoice for that! I am not worried about the paint at the top of the door I can rub that down and blow it in with a Halfords rattle can. Its about the only colour they seem to get spot on!!
The £140 was for additional work when the dent the daft old bag put in it and was paid by the insurance company so he had the car and paint already mixed and ready to go. No problems with his work doing that. The £140 cash was for the rear bumper(the end needed respraying anyway because of the accident damage) and all I wanted done was the door fixed where some kind sod keyed it. He sprayed the whole door off his own bat!
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.
