Then inch or two isn't every day, takes a couple weeks to build up. Can't really tell where its comig from as the car is completely steamed when I get to it. Was thinking of covering the speaker holes and seeing if that helped.
Ratty where are these drainage channels?

That's a leak.
Condensation is terrible ATM (even in ground-floor flats!) but not that bad.
You might need to get a friend to run a hose over the car, whilst you prod around until you find it.
I'd start at the bottom & work upwards.
Likely causes;
rust holes behind the cill covers.
blocked drain tube for the HVAC system.
bad sealing/shrunken mastic around the bulkhead/air box. (common on EK Civics).
Ditto round windscreen, possibly causing rust hole (that's not a euphemism, BTW)
blocked sunroof drainage tubes.
GLWTS.

Good call nits! I haven't put a gasket on yet as didn't have a spoiler before. The holes for the spoiler are outside the bootlid gasket do didn't think it would matter but will give that a look too!

mine leaks through the front screen area and has blown my main relay, i get huge amount of water in the front foot wells but nothing in the rear. also i find a lot of condensation on the inside face of the boot lid but nothing in the wheel well. oh and loads of condensation on the glass to the point it freezes in cold weather.
Cant believe nobody has said it yet but just like my old managers DC5 the seals round the tail lights seem to go and leak like a c**t.
I know that's where mine is coming in and I'm getting the exact same symptoms you describe.
I also have a slight leak round the sunroof gasket due to a rotting s/roof frame.
