On another note, does it do it when u just put it in reverse, or when you take up drive and move in reverse?

It was fine for a week or so...
Then it also began to happen when I put the wipers on....both times it was raining....possible water ingression somewhere?
All of sudden, nothing....stranded at work....borrowed someone's car to get home.
Next day, go to start, it started fine and all dash lights on, but the dash quickly flicked off an stalled.
Power from battery somewhere? Only working when the alternator was running.
Took the ignition switch to bits and cleaned the contacts....all sorted

at least youve got it sorted fairly quickly

its taken me nearly three years to track down my electrical gremlin

finally traced to a loose connection at the spoon vtec controller box next to the ecu
