Painted Spoon lip, painted OEM side skirts... But what's the lip/spats on the back? VS1 stylee, but not big enough?

Stupidest thing I never bought was the back bumper and spats from Project Ex when @JDM-BB4 had them for sale
I just didn't rate the chances of the bumper posting down the country well.
I LOVE the rear lights on that one too, incidentally. Look like the same ones on @honda-hardy's mrs, except these ones have black surrounds instead of chrome. I'd found the chrome stylee but never seen black surrounds before and that's exactly what I've been looking for!
iain, @wurlycorner my wifes are similar. not a case of just painting the edges though.
