Re: Ashs Project CILUDE H22 going BOOOST!!!
Right been looking into turboing as u know. However i think that im going to stop the h22 turbo idea as its going to cost more than it would be if i was to turbo a b16/18. Plus on the b they can handle 300-350 on stock whereas the h cant and dont think id have the money to do it. Anyone want a h??
Re: Ashs Project CILUDE H22 going BOOOST!!!
update managed to fit the h22 in the end, engines been sitting waiting for fitting since summer.
althought im struggling on the rear mount, but should have that sorted tomorrow.
then time to source some driveshafts, source another loom as dont really fancy using the h22 loom,
yes rocker cover will be resprayed, dunno how im going to do it yet.
considering people say that o the h22 sits bad and the understeer and stuff, it doesnt sit too bad compared to the b16.

theres my sig so people know what my build is:

Re: Ashs Project CILUDE H22 going BOOOST!!!
Well hopefully this build will be finished in the next month or so but having a debate now on whether to go h2b instead of the whole h22 swap as the gearing from the h series aint as good as the b series. Plus if i was to go turbo and have a h2b then its the first in the uk apparrently. Hmm

Not a lot of H2B info but he does say where the info is, although I haven't gone and looked for it.

Yea ive seen chris's h2b sol thats impressive figures what he made there.
Although im not liking the idea of spending £800-900 on the swap kit think i would go with a custom kit using oem bits and having better ground and hood clearance.
