Any one into real swords?

The Highlander Damascus sword is full tang and the resin is a one piece mould that is extremely high density. I too was worried about the resin hilt but i guess real ivory is probably more "illegal" than the blades of the cheaper swords.

I also have a "home made" katana. I bought the antique blade that was found in a "stash" underground in Japan. I constructed the rest from Genuine parts (although not antique). Ended up with faux ray skin under the binding though.

Impressive how sharp it is but that guy has terrible form, he looks dangerous to be around (sharpness aside). Plus the "oops I missed" trying to hit a large bottle well within the boundaries of his blade reach is a little concerning.

The idea is to keep the flow so steady that the cut is clean and straight. If you falter, the cut will bend and slice the Bamboo in a curve.

The girl does do a nice strike and is to be fair, pretty cute
