scott H tune does them I think

you can either find the p28 or p72 honda ecu

then get the hondata s300 chip installed, or buy one already done

or CPL racing. Pretty sure they do a complete package already socketed to a p28 ECU

Rember though if you are using a standard Prelude intake manifold you might want IAB control, which the P28 in its standard form cannot control.
