They are bonded to the rear lip and I dont really want to rip it apart

Need the brake light IMO. Id only have a mugen spoiler if it has the light. Not enough to steer me away from the Type S spoiler.

just build the light with modeling clay before taking the mold, the led strips are 2 a penny on ebay

Yes the side skirts are different for the Mugen kit then the ordinary Motegi one.
