I go on hols to rural Italy every year. The Locals are mostly farmers & pop into the bars throughout the day for a quick glass of wine, a read of the sports pages, & a quick chat.

It's a way of life. They are not alcoholics.

I think afternoon drinking is the way forward. Admittedly I spent most of yesterday evening feeling like I had a knife in my forehead but today I'm right as rain. Today will not be wasted.
