Am I missing something obvious? @Gayno, that link took me to Colney Fields Shopping centre in North London!!! So when you say up one juntion, do you mean J24 or J26?

Nope, that's right.

Mimms is at J23

Colney Fields is J22 so isn't very far out of the way for everyone. We all meet up here then convoy over to Mimms which is a one junction hop along the motorway :)

WTF - Hertfordshire?? I thought it was near Exeter!!!! :shock: ..my 2hr drive has more than doubled! :cry: :cry:

Man I'm gonna have to leave at like 6am! Is anyone local enough to know what there is to do near Mimms on the night before in case I decide to come up on the Saturday instead?

Well it's just north of London, so you could park at any of the suburb hotels and get the tube into the city, plenty to do there! :lol:

haha evidently not.. I don't know where I got that idea from but I was sure South Mimms was the next junction up the M5 from Exeter Services!!
