I have been wanting a colour charged wax for the Lude for a while, but couldn't justify the Zymol option as well as the planned summer purchase (Swissvax Samurai). So I went to the trusty Autobrite option that offers performance AND value for money. This comes in at under 50% the cost of the Zymol, and you get more too.

I'll do a full review once I've used it. Initial impressions are good. Large opening on the pot (easy access for applicator), smells good (chocolate orange-ish) and nice an oily. Price, £35, can't be bad 8-)

Is there any good wheel wax you recommend?

I have Merguiar's wheel cleaner and tyre shine (which I got at a really good price so I didn't complain ). But is there a way of protecting the rims after it's had its cleaning treatment. ?

Mate, you and your cleaning product reviews are top notch. What do you think about that Dodo juice wax?

I'm sorry, but this is definitely something you're using on the car, right?

For wheels, I prefer coatings (GTecniq C5 or CarPro CQuartz) as they are much longer lasting. For a wax however, that lasts as good as any on the market for wheels, you can't beat FinishKare FK1000p 8-) Perfect for bodywork too, longevity for months on end.

Cheers fella 8-) I love Dodo Juice waxes. They are very good value for money and easy to use. Durability is bang on for the money as well. I'm down to two of theirs now though, Diamond White and Blue Velvet pro. I love the smell of DW, coconut and cream nom nom nom!

It is carnauba based fella yes :) How much is carnauba I don't know.

Not a trader either :) I live 5 mins from Autobrite (hence why I get 99% of my gear from them) but work for Ticketmaster as a database and network engineer (for my sins) :)

Definitely :D I tried tasting a wax once (Dodo Diamond White) out of morbid curiosity...needless to say it didn't taste nice at all :(

My lime shower gel was tempting to taste, ruined my night, I turned into a West Ham fan, I was forever blowing bubbles :(
