Anyone with the RAC?

I have been with them for 3 years and because I am disabled I get the top cover for £12.50 a month(or so the guy who signed me up said). The first year no problem. Second year renewal came in at £15.50 because I had a call out(dirty immobiliser contacts) I told them I wanted to leave so I was put through to retentions. Very sorry that should not have happened so back to £12.50.Two weeks ago next years renewal £19.52 a month so I told them to stuff it. Yes you guessed it passed to retentions and back to £12.50 a month. So if you are with them on direct debit read the bottom right hand corner of your renewal notice and see if they are trying to stiff you.

Is it national rant day?

A few years ago I had AA cover, then decided I no longer wanted it as they bumped the price up, and so cancelled. 12 months later they reactivated the account without any consent and started taking money from my account! Cheeky buggers.

Bloody right it is some guy(who runs a business breaking soarers) has £120 of my money for Soarer parts since the end of September. I have had every excuse in the book the latest being he cant send them out until next week as he preparing his daughters 18th Birthday party!!!!!!!!! Well If they are not here by Wednesday he will have a nice County Court Summons in the post
