what possible reasons for not getting fuel into the engine?

Post by bristol_bb4 » Sat Mar 31, 2012 6:18 pm

on the way home i filled up with £50 of v-power ready for the trip to mr gayno's tomorrow! i got about 200 meters from home and my car started revving abit erratically, managed to get parked up and the engine died and just wont start back up! ive got a clear dizzy cap and can see a spark so i guess that rules out the coil so im guessing its fuel related?!

any ideas??! gutted to say the least! :(

This is a possibility, but diesel nozzles are bigger than petrol and as such won't fit into the filler cage.

Still, I'm sure Ste's an expert at sqeezing into tight spaces ;)
