whole car shuddering like mad

Bit of help needed guys my car sometimes well most of the time shudders alot when pulling off in 1st gear ive read a few posts with similar symptoms and its turned out to be engine mounts, ive just checked my mounts and I can move them pretty easy with a pry barhardly using any force on them, have spare mounts that I have filled with that sikaflex stuff but never gt round to fitting them wouldIit be advised to change them as the ones fitted just now dontseem fit for purpose or could it be somethingelse causing this??????

It probably is worth swapping them, I would think the front and rear are most likely for shuddering. Also check for play in the driveshafts/halfshaft and front wheel bearings.

its either the engine mounts or your driveshafts/inner cv's

Will check the driveshafts etc and think ill just replace all mounts

WIlls 4g engine shudder was caused by the valve clearances that needed doing - when was the last time you did yours?

No one going to suggest the clutch?

Mounts will normally be at idle or cause a clunk when changing speed, drive shafts normally a vibration at higher speeds and a clunck again whem changine speeds

My Integra did this. The fingers on clutch cover were worn.
