fogs issue
fogs issue
Does anyone know if my rear fog will keep blowing my front fog on the same side? I changed the front then went to have a look at the rear and now the front has gone again. The rear bulb is fine and the wires look good so I'm presuming its the housing. Am I just unlucky or is there something else I should look at?

The majority of cars have the front and rears wired up to separate switches. Unless yurp are aftermarket and wired up directly to your rears. I can't remember the reason why they're wired up separately, just something about fog and (for the fronts) lower lights make it easier to see...or something like that. And, I think, the rear fogs should only come on when you have your dipped/main beams on. Not your sidelights.

You have a 5g right? I also have a 5g with front and rear fogs. I know on mine there are 2 different buttons for the fog lights (both on the same panel). I believe (without looking at the car) there are 5 switch/buttons. One for front fogs, one for rear, one for headlight level, one for sun roof, one for cruise control. I will see if I can find a picture for you
