Unused switch ? 5th gen

I have a 5th Gen and was wondering about a potential unused switch space

Im talking about the small square / rectangle cover just to the left on the dash of the steering wheel height adjuster lever. Between that and the heater control panel.

This rectangle looks to be a cover the same colour and finish as the rest of the dash so wanted to know if I'm missing a feature that is present on any other preludes?

I'll try and get a photo

Its where the cabin air temperature sensor goes, if you have climate control.

If you have climate, you have a little grill , otherwise you just have a blank...
