Decat and hondata S100/P28 ECU

I put my cat back on last night so i have available a decat pipe. Came off a 98 Vti (UK spec), no idea what else it will fit. length is 350mm. Has a boss welded on for a lambda sensor (got a bung it in).

£30 collected from reading or plus p+p

P28 ECU with Hondata S100. I never used this and have decided that i probably never will so it's up for grabs.
Literally no idea what it's worth so i'll say £100 collected from reading or plus p+p and please tell me if i'm way off the mark.

Do i need pics? i'll get some this afto when i'm back home if necessary
