Rubber roof mouldings

It seems apparent that the rubber roof mouldings are no longer available from Honda, 5th Gen at least. Are they interchangeable with any other models?


If not, mine are looking a but tired and could do with rejuvenating. Anyone done this before and any product that could be recommended would be great. I have 4 new roof brackets, they were expensive but still available.
