Where are the drainage channels?

After mental rain today my front passenger footwell in my 4th gen was like a swimming pool. Where would I go to check if the drainage channels were blocked?

lift up the carpeton the pass side and it will be pretty obvious, drivers side IIRC is behind the fuse box down there.

Check your windscreen, mine does this ATM as the passenger side of my screen has come unbonded!

Check under the scuttle panel cover. The heater matrix inlet can intake water if the scuttle drain holes are blocked.
