springs for track

could you give me ideas as what springs to get for the track as not enoug money for coilovers. whould like stiff springs if u could give me ideas thanks :roll:

tbh you dont want to stiff a spring on standard shocks!

dino is selling a set of nearly new coilovers for £450, bargin! will also mean you can corner weight your car aswell ;)

450 bit rich for me at the minet chum. what about teins s tec. and what is the diff between the s and the h tec

not sure mate, never really paid much attention to spring rates on lowering springs !

stick with stock shocks and springs till you have saved the cash for a set of real shocks. you will throw more cash at it all in the end otherwise....

All too easy to fall into the trap of trying to modify a car on the cheap & it actually performing worse than the stock offering from Mr Honda!

Cheap aftermarket stuff is invariably not up to the job
